World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for enterprise clients. You will manage relationships with executives and IT leaders, oversee performance against budgets and timelines, and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities include driving agile engineering practices, guiding product strategy, and maintaining a healthy delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 8 years of delivery management experience in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Customer-focused consulting mindset with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery teams build software on time, within budget, with high quality.
• Own engagement financial performance and manage invoices and change orders.
• Advise on markets, business strategies, and operating environments for customers.
• Lead Agile engineering practices and mitigate risks throughout delivery.
