Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager to lead technical teams, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning across Service Provider engagements in the US.

The role involves developing growth strategies, capacity planning, training, and process improvement while mentoring engineers during engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of technical management experience in professional services or related fields.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience supporting Service Provider customers and enterprise clients is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide leadership to consultants onsite with customers across Service Providers in the US.
