Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead local enterprise sales efforts and drive strategic account growth. You will collaborate with a sales engineering team to identify gaps in client environments and deliver cutting-edge solutions across infrastructure modernization, multicloud, security, and digital strategy.

You will travel up to 25% while coordinating with engineers, architects, and executives to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Account Management experience with large commercial or enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience managing/leading a sales book of business.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
• Track record of successful solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives.
• Manages one or more Accounts in a specific area.
• Acts in a consultative fashion with customers and partners (OEMs).
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop business-relevant solutions.
• Develops and executes account strategy and leads a high-impact team.
• Creates and drives sales campaigns from discovery to close.
• Builds and maintains relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Manages a pipeline of opportunities and forecasts accurately.
