Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Program Manager to plan and implement multi-stream programs, building program structure and applying lessons learned for continuous improvement across supply chain and other business areas.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L impact, schedules, risks, and customer relationships, delivering on milestones while expanding the program and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' project and/or program management experience.
• Three to five years' proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role with strong presentation and relationship skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial processes; ability to forecast trends and manage change.
• Excellent understanding of the contract process; ability to negotiate scope, cost and schedule.
• Previous experience in a supply chain environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control program P&Ls to drive strong financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in value to the customer and operational performance.
• Build trust with client executive sponsors.
• Develop a Trusted Advisor relationship with Customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA's are met.
• Develop Incremental business that extends the program and identifies new opportunities with the customer.
• Build high performing cross-functional teams and manage cross-functional issues.
• Manage schedule, scope, and milestone performance of the program.
• Oversee day-to-day program/projects to grow the business.
• Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation.
