Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multi-project programs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate with PMO, regional management, and client teams to drive successful outcomes and governance.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience in professional or managed services, PMP certification, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field.
• PMI-PMP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive program management experience in professional services or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sub-projects and Project Managers assigned to a program.
• Communicate status and escalations to client, regional leadership, and account teams.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues.
