World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking aSenior Program Manager to own end-to-end service delivery across assigned programs in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will partner with the Service Delivery Executive to drive outcomes, align with customer goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain performance and growth.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably with large scale programs.
- Ability to communicate at VP level and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Own all service delivery activities within assigned programs.
- Assist the Service Delivery Executive in the programs they manage.
- Understand the goal of the customer and account team to drive decisions.
- Act as a business consultant to customer, account team and related business units during onboarding and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional service lines to meet business expectations.
