Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably with large scale programs.
• Ability to communicate at VP level and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all service delivery activities within assigned programs.
• Assist the Service Delivery Executive in the programs they manage.
• Understand the goal of the customer and account team to drive decisions.
• Act as a business consultant to customer, account team and related business units during onboarding and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional service lines to meet business expectations.
