Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Sales professional to grow revenue in the 20+ employee space by selling payroll, HR, benefits and advisory services. You will develop relationships with clients and internal partners to expand opportunities.

Responsibilities include presenting Paychex solutions to decision makers, collaborating with internal sales, assessing client needs, and submitting accurate paperwork on deadlines. Travel may be required to Conferences and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Present Paychex solutions to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
• Builds relationships and maintains partnerships with other Paychex sales representatives to effectively drive internal referrals and provide clients with complete solutions available with Paychex product and service offerings.
• Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which solutions are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
• Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
• Projecting a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• May travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.
