Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand relationships with existing clients and help them leverage HR, payroll, and benefits solutions. This consultative role requires partnering with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and deliver integrated Paychex offerings.

You will collaborate across teams, manage a full sales cycle, and grow within a large, existing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling within existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive opportunities.
