Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a consultative sales role within HR Solutions Sales. You will partner with existing clients to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated HR solutions that address HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance needs.

You’ll lead conversations with business owners and decision-makers, cross-functionally collaborating to provide tailored, value-driven outcomes and expand across the client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
