The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalate client questions. You will drive long-term program strategy, oversee daily recruitment, measure KPIs, and align with the client’s objectives.

You will build relationships with HR and operations, lead a recruitment team, and ensure high client satisfaction while growing accounts and maintaining strong SLAs.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal/state laws and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Maintain client retention and maximize fill rate.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and participate in thought leadership.
