Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and the first escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive the operational management of all activities, ensuring strong collaboration and sustained performance.

You will lead recruitment efforts, manage KPIs/SLAs, price and sell services, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record managing client relationships and engagement.
Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and manage KPIs and SLAs.
Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
Maintain a network of industry contacts through associations.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
Price and sell services, including conversions and placements.
Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time to fill.
