Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions and concerns. You will align with the client’s business objectives, drive the strategic evolution of the program, and oversee daily recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs, while fostering collaboration and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts.
• Create and develop effective relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Manage recruitment teams and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
