Job summary

The Adecco Group is looking for an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalate any questions or concerns. You will drive the long-term evolution of the client program, align with business objectives, and lead daily recruitment activities toward KPI targets.

You will focus on growing and retaining accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction through reviews and surveys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Grow and retain accounts while achieving high client satisfaction and NPS targets.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements).
• Lead recruitment teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and report trends to leadership.
