The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to guide the strategic evolution of the client partnership.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with client teams to align staffing with business goals. This role emphasizes client retention, price realization, and thought leadership within the workforce solutions space.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building relationships with HR/Operations and expanding business opportunities.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels as evidenced by surveys and business reviews.
• Manage daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and track KPI performance.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Stay informed on target industries, client needs, market share and competition.
