Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Manager to ensure delivery of exceptional service to clients by actively managing accounts. You will work with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and lead Client Service Associates, fostering a learning environment and deepening client relationships.

You will guide complex accounts, leverage Gallagher resources for client deliverables, and drive renewal processes with a focus on retention and growth across Gallagher's benefits and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years client service and/or claims experience OR HS/GED with 8+ years experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Life and Health licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with emphasis on self-funded business and collaboration with teammates.
• Create effective client deliverables using Gallagher resources and tools.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a smooth renewal process with target retention of 95%.
• Resolve service-related issues independently, escalating when needed to senior team members.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze proposals, and develop client presentations.
• Cross-sell with clients to highlight Gallagher resources (Pharmacy, Retirement, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits).
• Guide and support new hires and account associates.
• Complete internal professional development programs to understand the insurance industry and Gallagher's processes.
