Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years’ client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
• Healthcare client experience is a plus; appropriate licensing for Life & Health Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Client Service Cycle with guidance from Client Executives and Senior Client Executives.
• Manage accounts with varying funding types and provide support on complex self-funded accounts.
• Maintain account responsibility and act as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison.
• Aim for high retention and provide guidance and mentorship to new hires and team members.
• Collaborate with account management to prioritize workflow and ensure accountability.
• Address internal and external challenges with guidance as necessary.
• Keep clients informed of compliance related issues and deliver solutions for strategic objectives.
