Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, working with the sales team to drive client satisfaction and retention. You will lead and mentor client service associates, guide renewals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver tailored benefit solutions.

You will manage complex accounts, develop client presentations, and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, while upholding high ethical standards and pursuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Active Life & Health license
• Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business, collaborating with senior teammates
• Create effective client deliverables using Gallagher’s resources and tools
• Support the client service cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process (renewal target 95%)
• Resolve service-related issues independently, escalating when needed
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze proposals, develop client presentations
• Cross-solve with clients to communicate Gallagher resources
• Guide and support new hires and account associates
• Complete internal professional development programs to understand insurance industry and GBS processes
• Uphold The Gallagher Way and ethical standards
