Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a Gallagher company, is seeking a Client Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will work with the sales team to guide Client Service Associates and foster a learning environment, applying strong business insight and dedication to client relationships.

You will lead complex accounts, develop client deliverables, and drive renewal success while partnering with senior teammates and leveraging Gallagher resources for optimal client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 or more years client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School diploma degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Active Life & Health license
• Willingness to travel ~25%
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business
• Create effective client deliverables using Gallagher’s resources
• Support renewals and aim for 95% renewal target
• Resolve service issues independently and escalate as needed
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations
• Cross-solve with clients to communicate available Gallagher resources
• Guide and mentor new hires and account associates
• Complete internal development programs to learn Gallagher processes
• Uphold ethical standards and The Gallagher Way
