Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Manager to deliver exceptional service to client accounts and lead the Client Service team. You will partner with the sales group to strengthen relationships and drive renewals, shaping benefit strategies and wellbeing programs.

You will apply business insight to manage self-funded accounts, coordinate proposals, and communicate resources across Gallagher’s suite of services. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Life and Health licensing preferred or required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with focus on self-funded business.
• Lead and mentor Client Service Associates; guide renewal processes and client deliverables.
• Coordinate vendor responses, proposals, and client presentations; ensure client satisfaction.
