Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead client success within the Commercial team. You will collaborate with senior leaders, clients, and colleagues to deliver innovative insurance solutions, manage renewals, and grow relationships.

The role emphasizes mentoring, regulatory compliance, and data-driven service with Gallagher’s technology stack to improve outcomes for clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with a minimum of 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong relationship-building and results delivery mindset
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across teams
• Mentor and develop team members for performance and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal strategies for complex accounts and coordinate client information and needs analysis
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business and upsell services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses
• Provide strategic guidance to the team through consultative risk management discussions
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards
• Oversee client/policy data accuracy using Gallagher systems and processes
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations on deadlines
