Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client engagements and coordinate cross-functional teams through transition and implementation processes.

The role requires building strong client relationships, facilitating kickoff and discovery, and ensuring requirements are captured and approved. Travel is significant, and you will work with Navitus subject matter experts to ensure a smooth transition and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in Readiness Assessments and sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel
• Facilitate Kick-off Meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and items log for monitoring.
