Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to join our team. This role interfaces with health plans and strategic employer clients to manage projects including client transitions to Navitus and implementing new services.

The IPM must build early relationships, maintain clear communication, and coordinate with Navitus SMEs to ensure a seamless implementation. Travel is a key aspect of this position, with on-going client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area, or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years' project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in Readiness Assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client with significant travel.
• Lead Kick-off Meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard project templates and obtain Client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status updates to management, SMEs, and the Client.
• Assist with escalated client issues as identified or requested.
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site, or client-site access; may include non-business days.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client and internal projects as needed.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
