Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client transitions and implementations. You will manage projects from inception through go-live, building strong client relationships and coordinating Navitus experts to deliver on commitments.

The role requires significant travel, excellent communication, and collaboration with stakeholders across health plans, TPAs, and disease management partners. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• 4 years of project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Medicare, Medicaid, ACA products knowledge preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Able to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessment, sales initiatives, and client kickoff.
• Be the primary client contact with travel requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Maintain detailed project plan and open items log.
• Provide weekly status reporting to management and client.
• Assist with escalated client, member, or project issues.
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site, or client site access.
• Facilitate Post-Implementation Review meetings.
• Support other client and internal projects as needed.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
