Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client deployments and transitions to Navitus. You will build client trust, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-lives with ongoing support.

This role requires significant travel, strong communication, and collaboration with client teams and Navitus subject matter experts to deliver additional client projects and achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document all requirements in standard project templates and tools and obtain client approval before building.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status updates to management, SMEs, and the Client.
• Support escalated client issues and go-live activities as needed.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client and internal projects as needed.
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
