Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex transitions from current PBMs to Navitus and to implement new services. The role emphasizes building early client relationships and coordinating with Navitus SMEs to ensure seamless transitions.

The IPM will manage client projects, travel significantly, and support other client initiatives while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Serve as primary client contact with significant travel.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist client with impact analysis for smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log.
• Monitor project progress and report status weekly to client and management.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation reviews.
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
