Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client implementations and transitions from current PBM providers. The role emphasizes building early client relationships, coordinating with Navitus SMEs, and ensuring seamless implementation with strong communication across teams.

The IPM will manage readiness assessments, kickoff meetings, and ongoing status reporting while traveling to meet client needs and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Readiness Assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client with significant travel.
• Lead Kick-off meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analysis for smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and items log.
• Provide weekly status updates to management and client.
• Assist with escalated client, member, or project issues.
• Provide go-live support via remote or on-site access.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings.
• Support other client and internal projects.
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
