Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead complex implementations for health plans and strategic employer clients. You will manage transitions from clients’ current PBM, implement new services, and coordinate across Navitus teams to ensure smooth deployments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, readiness planning, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Interface with health plans and strategic employer clients for transitions to Navitus.
• Lead readiness assessments, kickoff meetings, and requirements gathering.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Navitus subject matter experts.
• Provide go-live support and participate in post-implementation reviews.
• Travel as required to meet client requirements.
