Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex healthcare implementations and client transitions. You will build early client relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and ensure seamless project delivery across readiness, kickoff, execution, and go-live phases.

The role requires strong communication, extensive travel, and collaboration across teams to meet client needs, manage changes, and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analysis to determine appropriate requirements for a smooth implementation
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring"
• Continuously monitor progress and report status weekly to management and client
• Assist with escalated client issues and project issues as identified by the client
• Provide go-live support via remote access or on-site during go-live periods
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client
• Support other client-related projects and internal department projects
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Other duties as assigned
