Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex onboarding and program implementation across health plans and strategic employer clients in the United States. You will manage requirements, build strong client relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and drive on-time delivery while traveling as needed.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and proactive status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsabilités

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analyses to determine requirements for a smooth implementation
• Ensure all requirements are documented and approved before initiating builds
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log
• Monitor progress and report status weekly to management and client
• Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues
• Provide go-live support via remote or on-site access; travel as needed
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client
• Support other client and internal projects
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Other duties as assigned
