Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients. You will manage client transitions from current PBM, implement new services, and coordinate with Navitus subject matter experts to ensure successful deployments.

This role emphasizes building client trust, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to meet transition timelines and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery
• Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to determine the appropriate requirements for a smooth implementation
• Document requirements in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring
• Monitor progress and report status weekly to management and client
• Assist with escalated client issues and project issues as identified by the client
• Provide go-live support via remote access or on-site support, including non-business days
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client
• Support other client and internal projects as needed
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Other duties as assigned
