Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead healthcare program implementations for health plans and strategic employer clients. The role involves building early client relationships to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will drive readiness activities, kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, and ongoing status reporting, plus post-implementation reviews and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering.
• Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to determine requirements.
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and tools and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log.
• Monitor progress and report to management and client weekly.
• Assist with escalated client issues and project issues as identified.
• Provide go-live support via remote access, on-site or client site; travel on Jan 1st and other non-business days as needed.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client-related projects and internal department projects.
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
