Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, nurture senior client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-scale solutions. The role focuses on aligning Ensono capabilities with client goals and sustaining long-term partnerships across a diverse portfolio.

The ideal candidate demonstrates senior sales leadership, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership experience with enterprise client relationships
• Experience in consultative sales for technology or managed services
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Forecasting pipelines with accuracy and visibility
• Experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security and outsourcing
• Strong relationship development with senior IT and business executives
• Clear articulation of technology/value propositions
• Organized, analytical, and adaptable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork capabilities

Responsibilities

• Promote and strengthen client relationships through thought leadership and consulting
• Develop senior-level relationships to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for assigned deals
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams for outcomes
• Translate business needs to Ensono capabilities and measurable value
• Advise clients on technology strategies and solution roadmaps
• Challenge assumptions to drive innovative solutions and better results
• Support sales talent development through collaboration and knowledge sharing
