Ensono seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships within a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure delivery excellence.

You will use a consultative, solution-oriented approach to align Ensono capabilities with client challenges, balancing proven sales with innovative approaches in a dynamic market.

• Proven enterprise sales leadership with accountability for client relationships.
• Experience in consultative sales for technology or managed services.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive client relationships with thought leadership and align client needs to Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for deals; monitor sales trends.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate value effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor and contribute to strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive innovative solutions and better results.
• Mentor and develop sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
