Job summary
Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will manage senior-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure execution across the sales and delivery lifecycle.
This role requires consultative selling, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Qualifications
- Strong track record of enterprise client relationship management.
- Experience in consultative sales within technology or managed services.
- Able to manage and forecast sales pipelines accurately.
- Proven ability to close complex sales opportunities.
- Able to partner with cross-functional teams across business units.
Responsibilities
- Promote and deepen client relationships through thought leadership.
- Grow revenue and uncover opportunities across Ensono’s portfolio.
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and terms for deals.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams.
- Communicate business and IT value clearly to stakeholders.
- Mentor sales talent and share knowledge.
