Ensono seeks a results-driven Client Engagement Director to drive growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships and align Ensono capabilities to deliver measurable business value, balancing proven sales execution with innovative approaches in a dynamic market.

You will work remotely across the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and mentor sales talent

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience in technology/managed services.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting and reporting sales pipelines.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, outsourcing.

• Promote client relationships with thought leadership and consulting on Ensono solutions.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders; grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and terms for deals; monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate value of technology solutions clearly to varied audiences.
• Act as trusted IT advisor in strategic planning and client initiatives.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
