Job summary

Ensono, a leading technology adviser and managed services provider, seeks an experienced Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships across enterprise accounts in the United States. You will manage senior client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and ensure successful sales and delivery cycles with agility.

Remote work is supported; Chicago preferred for in-person engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience in technology or MSP space.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Forecasting pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex opportunities with multiple lines of business.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to grow revenue across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for deals; monitor market trends.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate value clearly to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Serve as trusted IT advisor for tactical and strategic planning.
• Challenge assumptions to drive better results and innovative solutions.
• Support sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
