Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients.

You will manage senior-level relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. A consultative, solution‑oriented approach is essential to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience managing enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience in technology or managed services.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive client relationships through thought leadership and aligning client needs with Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with senior decision makers to grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and terms for assigned deals; monitor market dynamics.
