Job summary

Quirch Foods, Co. is seeking a driven Business Developer to plan and execute sales activities, retain current clients and win new accounts in a competitive market. You will design strategies based on customer needs, monitor budgets, and coordinate with distributors to grow the business.

The role involves market research, pricing decisions, and active collaboration with senior management. The position requires strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and implement sales activities based on customer needs.
• Retain existing clients while acquiring new accounts.
• Manage budgets, volumes and timelines for sales activities.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to shape strategy.
• Attend trade shows and negotiate with partners to grow business.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
• Oversee pricing, margins and AR collections for assigned accounts.
