Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 3–5 years in business transformation/change management.
• Experience building and shaping methodologies, playbooks, or toolkits for cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor analysts and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption consulting delivery across US R&P to support initiative owners.
• Refine methodologies, toolkits, playbooks, and standards used by teams.
• Define long-term ownership and maintain adoption tracking and sustainment.
