Job summary

The AES Corporation seeks a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiatives. You will guide communications, training, knowledge, document, and orchestration activities and serve as the senior hands-on expert on the team.

You’ll refine methodologies and partner with HR and CM teams to ensure sustained adoption, while mentoring analysts and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in business transformation, change management, or program management.
• Experience leading or mentoring others on projects.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present progress and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the BT Adoption approach across US R&P.
• Apply and evolve methodology, toolkits, playbooks, and standards for adoption plans.
• Define and operationalize long-term ownership of adoption tracking and sustainment.
• Engage leadership to align BT Adoption with initiatives and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and CM teams to align BT Adoption with change efforts.
• Coordinate with BT S2G, BT Training, and BT Knowledge and Documentation teams.
• Synthesize adoption insights for leadership and forums.
• Mentor fellow analysts in execution work.
