Job summary

The Lead Analyst, Business Transformation at AES Corporation leads day-to-day adoption consulting for initiative owners across US Renewables & Power, shaping how adoption work is executed and serving as the senior hands-on expert on the team.

You will collaborate with leaders across Commercial, Development, Execution, Finance, Operations, and Digital, and partner with HR to align change management with BT Adoption initiatives, ensuring sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years in business transformation, change management or related discipline.
• Experience shaping methodologies and playbooks for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption consulting delivery across US R&P to support initiative owners.
• Refine methodology, toolkits, playbooks, and standards for adoption plans.
• Define long-term ownership and sustainment of adoption tracking.
• Engage leadership to identify initiatives and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and CM to align change management efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional BT teams to deliver a coherent model.
• Synthesize insights for leadership and represent BT Adoption in forums.
• Mentor analysts on tactical execution and quality standards.
