Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiatives. You will guide communications, training, knowledge capture, and orchestration to ensure sustained change across multiple business functions.

You will shape methodologies and playbooks, work with senior stakeholders, and mentor analysts to deliver cohesive transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Science, Communications or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, change management or program management.
• Experience shaping methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, or playbooks for cross-functional work.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption consulting delivery across US Renewables & Power.
• Apply and evolve BT Adoption methodologies, toolkits, and standards.
• Define long-term ownership for adoption tracking and sustainment.
• Engage leadership to align initiatives and report progress.
• Collaborate with HR, HRBPs and CM teams to coordinate change efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional BT teams to deliver a unified transformation model.
