Job summary

AES is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiative owners. You will shape how adoption work is delivered and serve as the senior hands-on expert on the team, partnering with leadership across Commercial, Development, Finance, and Operations.

You will collaborate with HR and CM teams to align adoption with change management, and mentor junior staff while ensuring a coherent transformation program across multiple BT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in transformation or change management.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and coordinating teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of BT Adoption across US R&P, guiding communications, training, and documentation.
• Refine methodologies, playbooks, and standards for adoption planning.
• Define long-term ownership models and sustainment measures.
• Engage leadership to align adoption with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and CM teams to coordinate transformation work.
• Coordinate with BT S2G, BT Training, and Knowledge teams for coherence.
• Report adoption insights to leadership and represent BT Adoption in forums.
• Mentor analysts in execution and maintain quality standards.
