Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiatives. You will guide how adoption work is executed, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to align changes with business outcomes.

You will define and refine methodologies, support long-term ownership, mentor analysts, and report on adoption insights to senior leadership, shaping a coherent transformation model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in business transformation or related discipline.
• Experience shaping methodologies, frameworks, or playbooks.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional facilitation.
• Experience presenting approaches, progress, and risk to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the BT Adoption across US R&P.
• Refine methodology, toolkits, playbooks, and standards.
• Define long-term ownership for adoption tracking and sustainment.
• Engage leadership to align BT Adoption with initiatives.
• Work with HR and HRBPs to align change management efforts.
• Coordinate with BT teams to deliver a coherent transformation model end-to-end.
• Synthesize adoption insights for leadership and forums.
• Mentor analysts in adoption execution.
