AES, the leading US-based global power company, is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting across US Renewables & Power. You will guide how adoption work is executed, partner with leaders across Commercial, Development, Finance, Operations and Digital, and help ensure programs deliver lasting results.

You will mentor analysts, refine methodologies, and align BT Adoption with HR and CM teams, creating a coherent transformation model end-to-end while reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Science, Communications, or equivalent study/work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in business transformation, change management, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience contributing to methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, or playbooks for cross-functional work.
• Experience serving as a lead or senior resource on projects, coordinating others and mentoring analysts.
• Ability to engage, advise, and influence senior stakeholders, with experience presenting on progress and risk.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of facilitating leadership conversations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of the BT Adoption approach across US R&P, guiding communications, training, knowledge, documentation, and orchestration consulting.
• Apply, refine, and evolve the methodology, toolkits, playbooks, and standards used to design adoption plans.
• Help define and operationalize the model for long-term owners of adoption tracking and sustainment.
• Engage with leadership to identify initiatives, align on the BT Adoption approach, and report on outcomes.
• Coordinate BT Adoption with HR, HRBPs, and CM teams to align change management efforts.
• Coordinate with BT S2G, BT Training, and BT Knowledge and Documentation teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Synthesize adoption insights for leadership and represent BT Adoption in forums.
• Mentor and guide analysts on adoption execution to set quality standards.
