Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation for the US Renewables & Power organization. You will drive adoption consulting, shape methodologies, and partner with HR and CM to align change efforts across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, organizational development, information science, or communications.
• 3–5 years in business transformation, change management, or program management with increasing scope.
• Experience shaping methodologies, frameworks, or playbooks for cross-functional work.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts without direct reports.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present on approach, progress and risk.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading workshops and planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of BT Adoption activities across US R&P to support adoption plans.
• Apply and evolve methodologies, toolkits, playbooks, and standards.
• Define long-term ownership and sustainment metrics for adoption.
• Engage with leadership and report on team support for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and CM to align adoption with change efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional BT teams to deliver a cohesive transformation model.
• Synthesize adoption insights for leadership and BT forums.
• Mentor analysts in adoption execution and set quality standards.
