AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Transformation to drive adoption consulting for US Renewables & Power initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts, align change management with leadership priorities, and mentor the team to deliver sustainable transformation across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Science, Communications, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in business transformation, change management, or related disciplines.
• Experience shaping methodologies, toolkits, or playbooks for cross-functional work.
• Leading or mentoring analysts on projects with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption delivery across US R&P for BT initiatives.
• Refine and evolve methodologies, playbooks and standards.
• Define long-term ownership for adoption tracking and sustainment.
• Engage leadership to align BT Adoption with business outcomes.
• Partner with HR and HRBPs to align change management efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional BT teams to deliver a cohesive model.
• Synthesize insights for leadership and present in forums.
• Mentor analysts on tactical execution and quality standards.
