Job summary

E Tech Group is expanding its dynamic team with a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth across markets. You will spearhead new business acquisitions, forge strategic client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to amplify market presence.

Travel 40–60% across the region, with a compensation package including base salary, full expense reimbursement, and uncapped commission from order booking. Direct reports to VP of BD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business leads and expanding the current client base.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning E Tech Group as a trusted advisor.
