Job summary

E Tech Group seeks a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth in engineering solutions across markets. You will identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to enhance our market presence.

Travel 40%–60% across the region. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions rewards performance from the first order, integrating with CRM tools and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and expand existing accounts.
• Master solution selling by understanding client challenges and positioning E Tech Group offerings.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner across accounts with strategic relationships.
• Craft compelling, value-driven proposals and secure project orders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on BD initiatives and market trends.
• Embodies company values and supports colleague development.
