Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth across our markets. You’ll spearhead new business acquisitions, forge strategic client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to amplify our market presence.

You will master solution selling, position E Tech Group as a Main Automation Partner, develop compelling proposals with internal teams, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while reporting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of sales in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Master solution selling by listening to client challenges and positioning value.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner across accounts.
